REGISTRATION: All information provided by bidder during the registration process must be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 21 years of age or older. Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers at its sole discretion may deny registration to any person or entity.
ITEMS AND LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS: Bidder acknowledges that items will not be available for preview in person. Bidder is knowledgeable and informed about the items for which Bidder submits a bid, and Bidder assumes all risk relating to the condition, authenticity and value of the item. Bidder understands and agrees that Bidder is relying solely on Bidder’s inspection, evaluation, information and judgment when submitting a bid regarding any item, and that Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty concerning the value, condition or authenticity of any item offered for bid.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all items and lots. Every bidder pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly. For example, if you bid $100 on an item at the auction you will be charged $115 for the item on your auction invoice.
Payments with Credit or Debit cards will have a 3% convenience fee added.
SUSPENSION / PERMANENT BAN: A Bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from the Site for providing false or fraudulent information when registering. A Bidder will be permanently banned from this Site for failing to honor an auction bid made under that Bidder's bid number.
PAYMENT: Buyer may receive an invoice via electronic mail within 24 hours after the close of the auction. Payments accepted are credit or debit card. Credit and debit cards are subject to a 3% convenience fee. Any item not paid for in full by the stated deadline will resort to suspension or permanent ban of bidder number. Ownership of your items will revert to Owner/Seller who may re-sell or dispose of items at Seller's discretion.
SHIPPING OR IN PERSON PICK UP: EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION REGARDLESS OF WHEN IT IS PICKED UP. Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers require that all invoices are paid within three days of the auction closing. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS WILL BE FORFEITED unless waiting for background check. (INCLUDING ANY AND ALL MONIES PAID FOR THE ITEM OR ITEMS). Items which have been left unpaid and not picked up within 10 days will become property of the seller and resold at our discretion.

ADJUSTMENTS: No adjustment will be made with regard to merchandise inventory after the item or lot has been removed from the sale premises, or after the removal deadline whether or not the property has been removed. Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the auction sale.
FIREARMS: In accordance with Federal Law every gun purchase must be approved via a background check. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of his or her ability to pass a federal NICS check. It is the responsibility of the interstate purchaser to be aware of the laws of their state regarding the legality of receiving any item, and for providing us with a receiving FFL Dealer in the bidder’s locale. Due to Federal Regulations we unable to sell any firearm-related merchandise outside of the United States.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: This Site User Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between Bidder and Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers until terminated by Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers. Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the auction sale in any way, Bidder's only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the auction Site. Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the auction Site, without notice or penalty.
INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE: Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, and re-sell any items or lots that were affected by any malfunction.
PRIVACY: Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers gathers information about Bidders and Owner/Sellers for the purposes of conducting online auctions. Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers does not sell or rent this information. Jeremiah Jack Auctioneers uses electronic mail mailing lists to notify its customers about upcoming auction events only.
YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this Site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and prosecution can result. The Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion.
