A completed form 4473 and background check must be done prior to any transfer. There is a $10 state background fee and a $30 transfer fee. Any firearms that require shipping must go to a licensed FFL dealer. Buyer is responsible for providing contact information for their desired dealer. Firearms WILL NOT be shipped until the receiving FFL is confirmed and all costs have been paid. Purchase price (including buyers premium), shipping costs and insurance. Buyer is responsible for any fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer. Ammo: Due to ever changing regulations, live ammunition, primers and powder will NOT be shipped outside of Oregon!
