On Hibid each auction house enforces there own terms and conditions and each auction may vary. We encourage you to print the terms and conditions from each auction you join and keep safe for your own records. When you register to join we will review your Hibid profile to determine if we approve or decline the registration. We do email each bidder the reasons why we chose to decline their registration. Each bidder has a unique  score which is base on other auction houses reviews. The score chart goes from +100 to -100. The auctions you have joined in the past leave reviews which determines your score, a score will decline in the negatives if you don't follow  terms and conditions , if you bid on items and do not pay or if there was  on  approved you are entering  you are a binding contract between you and the auction house NW Revival. Our terms and conditions can be found on the front page of each live auction with reminders to read the terms and conditions from our welcome email, on the bid notice, and in the description of the auction.   REGISTER AND BIDDING~Read our terms and conditions carefully, When registering to participate in our online auction you are entering a binding contract with DBA NW Revival.  Bidder profiles are for Hibid and auctioneers only, your personal information is not public, it helps eliminate scammers and bad bidders who do not pay their invoices. Auctioneers may leave reviews on your profile which generate a rating scale, this follows you from auction to auction allowing auctioneers to review, approve, decline and if needed ban high risk bidders from placing a bid. If at any time during the auction and after the auction your profile changes from a positive to a negative we may remove you from the auction and ban you from future auctions permanently. If  corrections are addressed and actions needed on your profile are resolved . You are welcome to request a review for approval. All bids will be reviewed during and after the fall of the hammer. If you win, YOU will be sent an invoice to your email on file you will be obligated to buy the lot(s) at said price you indicated during the auction. INCREMENTS TO BIDDING- Increments are different on each live auction and with different auction houses. To check the increments go to the front of the page of the auction scroll down and click the link labeled Bid increments. You can bid in increments or place a max bid having the platform electronically bid in your place for you in increments keeping your bid as the highest bid or until your max bid has been reached. As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding agreement between you the registered Bidder and the Auction House (Owner/Seller)  the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid and win, you will be obligated to buy the lot(s) at said price you indicated as your bid along with all fees. Lots that have reserves- Not all lots have a reserve but some do. This reserve may or may not be visible to the registered bidder.At the fall of the hammer your bid will be reviewed for approval. We reserve the right to reject/ decline any bid at any time during and after the auction in our own discretion .  The Owner/Sellers of property sold through HIBID has reserved the right to  accept and or reject any and all bids in their sole discretion before and after the fall of the hammer. When entering our online auction you are agreeing to our policy and you are in agreement with NW Revival Auctions. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the lot(s) at said price you indicated as your bid.  Runner up- If the highest bidder is a scam account, unable to reach the winner, or goes without paying for the items won, the next runner up will receive the opportunity to purchase that item.Internet malfunction- During the live auction internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction - Under No Circumstances shall Revival Auctions, Hibid, Auction Flex or anyone else be held at fault if their internet service fails to work correctly before, during or at the end of the auction. IF you have slow internet or phone service your bids may be missed. We suggest using the MAXIMUM BID feature. The program will bid for you at current bid increments against other internet bidders. It will NOT automatically jump to your max bid UNLESS a bidder has entered a bid close to or higher than yours. The program will bid for you on your behalf. Items listed-We picture all items under bright lights, we knowledge any defects, pr damage to items, if more details about the item are available we will provide as much detail about an item we can providing pictures which are taken under bright lighten and a description letting the bidder know if the items is used or new.  We test our electronic items and post if the item turns on or not. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE AND NO REFUNDS. WE ENCOURAGE YOU DO YOUR OWN  DUE DILIGENCE         Invoicing and Payments: If you are the highest bidder we will review your profile, the bid you placed with the items won. If approved you will be emailed your invoice  to the email provided on your Hibid profile.  Buyers premium:  20% will be applied to all sales and buyer will be responsible for paying premium charges as well as handle and shipping fees. Once payment clears items will be available for pick up OR shipment.If your item requires pick up be sure to schedule a pick up time and date when paying for your items. We do ask you to give us 72 hours after the auction to generate invoices, collect payments, prepare orders and make sure your payment has cleared before scheduling. Depending on the day and payment method a payment can take 3-7 days to clear depending on your banking institution  and if you made a payment over the weekend or not. We do not ship OR release items until payments have been made and cleared. 3.5% transaction feeThere is a 3.5% transaction fee for all invoices this amount is added automatically to your invoice. Payment Agreement- You as the bidder and the buyer of the merchandise are giving the seller / merchant authorized permission for the seller/ merchant to accept and to debit your account from the account you provided when you input or provided the account information in the amount agreed and invoiced which has been provided by an invoice which will be sent to all winning bids.This transaction is going permission  to debt a single transaction only and does not provide authorization for any additional charges unrelated to your account. you the buyer authorize the seller/ merchant to charge and accept the payment method given for the goods described in the invoice emailed to you the buyer.This is for a one time transaction. You must be  the authorized user of the payment method used.That you the buyer will not dispute the charges made to your credit card company or bank institution as long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated with the invoice. when making the payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, All sales are sold as is. there is NO returns NO refunds. We try to provide clear photos and descriptions. We encourage all bidders to do your own diligence on the items you are bidding on and feel free to email us for any questions. and listed on the invoice. This debt may be deducted one or after the the payment has been been initiated , Picking up: At this time we are only offering pick up for large items only. If the item qualifies for pick up only it will be listed in the description, FOR ALL OTHER lots we offer shipping only. We do not have a store front location so for now we will only offer shipping. Once we move into a storefront we will offer pick up for items. We combine orders when possible and we compare rates for the most affordable and reasonable rate.   If you are picking up and prefer to pay cash be sure to bring the exact amount, we do not have change and please notify us in writing you are paying by cash in person at pick up . We will schedule a day and time for you to come get your item/s and you will have 7 days in order to do so. If the item is not picked up by the 7th day you forfeit your items, your account is reported. If you need to extend the time frame to pick up, be sure to let us know and we can work something out.  Payment:Payments are due in full the same day. You can decide which payment method fits your needs. You input your own payment method. NON payment:Payments are done the same day. We will remind you by email, text and may call to remind you for the payment. We will give 3  days to make this payment  before we give a last notice. If we still are unable to reach you by the 7th day the invoice is now delinquent, we report your account to Hibid and your Hibid profile is now affected. It will show there are past due invoices, a review is placed on your profile and your reputation score drops. By doing this it does make it difficult to enter auctions and as you get declined by other auction houses as they do not want to risk a bad bidder joining their auction your score continues to drop and you will no longer be able to join Hibid auctions. With communication we are able to extend the payment or work with you. If no communication and we are unable to reach you we will add a restocking fee of $100 to your invoice. Non payments are at risk being handed over to collectors. Additional fees such as restocking fee, lawyer fees and collection agency fees  and 9% interest rate a year will be added to the invoice.  Payments accepted include:  ZELLE     Apple Pay    Google Pay     Chime     Bank Transfer     VenmoBidders from Canada are Bank Transfer only  Invoices over $500 are Bank transfer onlyALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE THE SAME DAY!  Shipping holds-Some items have a 30 day hold time before shipping. This includes but is not subject to orders over $500, luxury items, designer bags,  designer watches, luxury watches, most jewelry pieces, custom pieces, items needing to be resized, and items that come from our vendors for jewelry and watches.All items are inspected before shipping.  HIBID Services:  HIBID is a platform where we the auctioneer pay to use the software and platform to sell and auction off merchandise. Hibid  is an auction platform only. Hibid does not provide auctioneer services, Or determine the terms for the auctioneers. Any users who choose to conduct or participate in auctions using HIBID Services are acting on their own behalf and are responsible for any actions that they may take with respect to any auctions or related transactions that they may enter into. HIBID does not represent any Auction House, not a party to any transaction that may occur between users. You are solely responsible for resolving any disputes that you have with the auctioneers who are on Hibid and pay for their Services. Complaints:If you have an issue, dispute or complaint we encourage you to bring it to our attention first. Threats, hostile , rude or cursing remarks are not tolerated. If you received an item and are unhappy with it  you have the right to resale, we do not offer refunds or returns. Only bid on what you intend to purchase.  Charge backs will be challenging.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ALL items SOLD AS IS. NO REFUND, NO RETURNS, NO WARRANTY AND NO EXCHANGES ACCEPTED. All lots are sold "as is" Please be sure to read the description and inspect the pictures. Some items are new and  preowned, if the item is pre owned  it will be stated in the description. under no circumstances do we post counterfeit items. If there is a brand or designer name attached to the listing then it is in fact authentic. We do not guarantee authenticity without the proper documentation. If the item comes with authenticity documents it will be provided. appraisals and authenticity certifications are available as an add on during check out .  We do our best to provide information about the item along with quality photos. Be advised the color of an item may be different in photo due to lighting or other factors, We try to point out flaws if any, condition for used items and if the item is in working condition and been tested. Some items may require a battery. If you are unsure about an item or have questions be sure to reach out before placing a bid and we will do our best to answer your questions. Taxes: There is No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responsible for paying and claiming any sales tax their state requires. Shipping: You are solely responsible for identifying and complying with any applicable export/re-export/import laws, rules, regulations, licensing, and/or Customs requirements associated with Listed Items and any transaction you may enter into with other users. If a Listed Item is seized or destroyed by any governmental Customs agency or returned, we will not be responsible for the losses. We offer shipping on most items (excluding furniture, framed art and large bulky items) If the item is not available for shipping and required to be picked up it will be noted in the listing under the description. We will contact you if special handling or additional insurance is required. We ONLY ship to the address on your HIBID profile to make sure this information is correct and if not provide an accurate shipping address to HIBID support to make the necessary changes. We are not responsible for shipping vendors' inability to deliver to the address provided. Tracking is provided upon request by email; however, we are not responsible for shipped items that do not arrive.$100 Insurance is included for all shipments. If additional insurance is required it will be added to your invoice and to be paid by the Buyer. Your item will not be shipped until the invoice is paid in full and payment has cleared.
