Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions The credit card that you register with will be billed immediately after the auction closes. If your card is declined you will have 48 hours to pay your invoice or all of your bids will be canceled and you will no longer be able to bid on our auctions. Load Out Days Thursday July 18th 10am - 4pm Friday July 19th 9am - 4pm Saturday July 20th 9am - Noon 4210 West 11th Eugene OR We need you stuff out fast!!! We have no room to store it. If you do not come during the load out days there will be a $25 a day fee PER ITEM storage fee. Items remaining 7 days after removal deadline will be considered as abandoned, and ownership will revert to West End Auction, who may resell or dispose of items. Any funds paid will be forfeited for failure to abide by the terms of sale. There will be no other forms of payment for this auction. Shipping is available on most smaller items. An item will be labeled with “shipping available” if we are willing to ship it. NO SHIPPING ON PLANTS You will be billed separately for shipping once we ship it and determine the price we will bill your card on file. Some of the items that are harder to ship may take longer to get boxed up. Please be patient. 10% Buyers fee on all items. All bidding must be done online. All Items Sold AS/IS No Refunds or Returns This auction will end on Wednesday July 17th starting at 6 PM. (Starting with Lot # 1 and then every 15 seconds the following lot will end.) YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. The Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion.
