-Due to covid restrictions on numbers of people allowed in one place, it is essential that you are on time and prepared. Bring your own boxes, dollies, packing materials and hauling helpers. Please bring your own boxes and packing material for the breakables - including china. It will not be packed when you arrive as we want to ensure you inspect it before removing it. By taking items from the auction pickup site, you are accepting items in full. Any concerns that the items is in a different condition then rendered in auction description MUST be addressed before you leave the pick up site. No refunds will be offered after item has left the care and control of the auction house.

We can ship items throughout Canada and the US, but cannot guarantee how delicately the shipper will handle the packaging, thus, cannot guarantee what we ship will arrive in one piece. Before your items are shipped, we will provide you with a cost estimate. Payment in full is required before shipping.
PLEASE KNOW that your SHIPPING AND HANDLING will be AT LEAST $25.
If you decide that you no longer want the item to be shipped, you are still required to pay for the item. If you choose not to arrange alternate pick up times or pay the shipping cost, your item will be considered abandoned and will be resold or otherwise disposed of. Requesting alternate pick-up dates will result in storage fees of $10 per day being applied.
