All registration information the Bidder provides to the Auctioneer shall be current, complete and accurate. 1. All items sold AS IS WHERE IS, NO WARRENTY, NO GUARANTY and ALL SALES FINAL. NOTE: Due to the current Covid restrictions there will be no public viewing for this online auction. Once the item is sold, the Buyer shall assume full risk and responsibility for the item. 2. 10% BUYERS PREMIUM ON INDIVIDUAL ITEMS OVER $1000, 15% BUYERS PREMIUM ON ALL OTHER ITEMS, will be applied to each winning bid plus HST; (Buyers Premium is a taxable service) all items are to paid for prior to or at pick up unless previous arrangements have been made with Filson Auction. 3. The Highest Bidder shall be the Buyer, and if any dispute arises during the Sale, then the Auctioneer, may at their discretion, put the lot up again. Any bids placed in the last minute of the auction will cause the auction item to stay open for an additional 1 minute. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. 13.
