Auction Terms and Conditions:
Both the bidder, and Little Red Wagon Auction Co. agree that the following Terms and Conditions shall govern each and every auction.
You must be 18yrs. or older to bid. You MUST register to bid, and provide a valid credit card to register. Registration is FREE, your credit card will not be charged.
All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO guarantee, NO warranty, NO returns, NO refunds. ALL SALES FINAL.
Little Red Wagon Auction Co. strive to describe items with description and photographs to the best of our knowledge, but we strongly encourage bidders to come and preview the auction on the specified hours listed, to verify authenticity and condition of the items of interest. Neither the consignor, nor Little Red Wagon Auction Co. is responsible for any error in description, nor condition of items listed therein. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to know what you are bidding on.
SOFT CLOSE in affect. With a bid on an item within the last 3 minutes, the bidding will remain open on the item for an additional 2 minutes, and will continue in this pattern until there are no further bids, then the item will countdown and close. When using the Maximum bid feature, other bidders CAN NOT see your maximum bid; the system will bid on your behalf, ONLY up to the next bid increment needed to make you the highest bidder, until your maximum bid is met.
A bid on an item is a contractual obligation from the bidder, all bids are final. You cannot retract a bid.
The buyer agrees to pay said bid on an item, plus applicable charges stated in the Auction Details.
Once an item is sold, the buyer assumes full risk and responsibility of that item, each lot selling to the highest bidder, with no reserve (unless stated otherwise.) In the event of a reserved bid on an item, a bidder will have to pay a predetermined amount to win the item at its minimum cost, plus applicable charges stated in the Auction Details.
DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP ON DATE POSTED
If you are unable to pick up your won purchase(s) during the time listed, please consider other options before you bid. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with pick up of their purchases. Please bring help to pick up heavy items, and appropriate packing materials for your items. Little Red Wagon Auction Co. DOES NOT HOLD items, and at this time, DOES NOT SHIP items.
Items not picked up, will be considered abandoned.
A bidder will be suspended or permananently banned from Little Red Wagon Auction Co. for falsifying information when registering and failing to honour an auction bid under their bidder's number.
Little Red Wagon Auction Co. and property owner are not liable for any damage or injury to individuals or their property. The bidder will be held responsible for any damage caused by you or your affliates, to the premises, or other properties therein. The buyer agrees to indemnify and save Little Red Wagon Auction Co., the consignor, and their assigns, harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions from Little Red Wagon Auction Co., or anyone acting on their behalf in connection with or arising out of an auction.
Little Red Wagon Auction Co. reserves the right to add or delete any item(s) in an auction or cancel an auction at any time.
Little Red Wagon Auction Co. decisions on all disputes and related matters are final.
