To be able to participate in this auction you have to register.
REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information ( name, address, phone number, etc) about you to verify who you are before you can bid.
All bidders must be of legal age of 18 or older to bid. We collect credit card information to ensure you are a qualified buyer.
There is no cost to register for the auction. Your card will be charged by Hibid with 1$ to validate your card. This charge will be reversed.
REVIEWING YOUR BID: During the auction you can check your status of your bid any time. No bids can be withdrawn after you placed it. By placing a bid you signify that you are bidding on item without personally examine, you are bidding on items as you see on pictures. All items are sold as, is where is, with all faults. We reserve the right to remove or add items from the sale.
BUYER PREMIUM: Bidders are charged 15% Buyer Premium and Ontario HST tax 13% after the Auction has ended on the total of their invoice.

PAYMENTS: After the Auction close your Credit Card you registered with Us will be charged for the price of the item(s) you have won plus Buyer premium and taxes unless you paid your invoice at the time of the pick up. If any reason you are not comfortable paying with your credit card on file please contact us in writing in advance before register to arrange an alternate method of payment.
CONDITION OF ITEMS: our best effort are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and pictures, however all items are ultimately sold "As Is Where Is" basis with all faults. No responsibility is assumed by ANJ AUCTIONS or the sellers for any errors or omissions. Please see all the pictures of every lot before you bid.
PREVIEW: For online auction is no preview. Bidding is by catalog only. You are bidding on the item you see on picture. However, we can arrange a preview for registered bidder by appointment only. Please contact us in advance.
PICK UP AND REMOVAL: All items must be removed during the specified pick up time frame. Please bring help and packaging supply. We do not ship. Please make sure that you can pick up your items in the specified date and time. All items not picked up will be considered abandoned and after 24 hrs, and will become ANJ AUCTIONS property.
CLAIMS: No claims regarding the goods purchased will be allowed. We will not be liable for any damage or injury to individuals or their property. No warranty on any item purchased.
WEBSITE OUTAGE: In event of an internet or web host outage that affect our Online auction during the auction the auction will close and all bids will be voided. When outage is corrected the auction will resume and will be extended.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By registering you acknowledges and understand that ANJ AUCTIONS and its sellers ( consignors) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, individual or property or and other damages.
