All items sold through the seller's auctions are liquidation items (over stock, clearance, returned, or undelivered), not intentionally selected by the seller, hence they are sold As Is, Where Is, with No Warranty, expressly written or implied. While doing reasonable effort to identify the sold items, the Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.
all bids placed through our auction platform are final and cannot be reversed. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and ensure that you want the product before placing a bid. It is important that you do your due diligence and thoroughly inspect the item, including any available descriptions, photos, and specifications, to make an informed decision. Please note that bidding by mistake or error will not be eligible for our Return and Refund Policy. As such, we ask that you bid responsibly and only place bids that you intend to honor.
We highly recommend that all bidders inspect the condition of each item in person during the designated delivery time.
We reserve the right to add or remove items from the current auction.
The prices listed refer to the MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Prices), which may be significantly discounted on the open market. We advise you to conduct your own research to determine the accurate market value.

Buy Now in store:
Sinai Trading offers a "Buy Now" option, allowing customers to purchase items immediately at a fixed price, ensuring they can take home the item they want without the hassle of a bidding war or the risk of losing it. Customers must visit the store directly to pick up the item and pay the price. The "Buy Now" option is available until selected or the auction ends.
We reserve the right to remove items from the current auction for Buy now in store.

Product Description:
Brand new: refers to a product or item that has never been used, opened, or previously owned by anyone. Brand new refers to a product or item that has never been used, opened, or previously owned by anyone.
Open box: refers to a product or item that has never been used, but has been opened from its original packaging. The item is in new condition and might previously tested by anyone.
Used: refers to a product or item that has been previously owned or used by someone else. It may show signs of wear or use.
"As-is": refers to a product or item that is being sold in its current condition, without any warranties or guarantees from the seller regarding its quality and maybe used or damaged or missing parts.

Pickup time:
For a quick and easy pickup, please book your pickup time slot by clicking the link ************. When you arrive, park and entered from the backdoor.
PICKUP TIMES: from 11:00 AM- 04:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 11:30 AM - 03:00 PM (Saturday) at 1260 Fewster Drive Unit #10, Mississauga, Ontario L4W 1A5. If you want to a pickup extension beyond the pickup dates, simply prepay your order online and we can hold for more 3 days. Orders must be paid in full in advance if you require an extension.
Please use Loading Dock Side (Back Door).

Return:
All items are sold AS IS regardless of how they are described or what is shown in photos, however Sinai Trading my return an item at our discretion if there is an error in the listing.
Returns will be accepted if the following criteria are met:
1- Electronic or mechanical items have malfunctioned and/or are not working as intended, through normal use, within a 7-days period. The item must not have been misused, physically damaged, or tampered with while in the buyer's possession.
2- The item has damage that was not described at the time of sale, and it affects the item's use.
3- The item is missing crucial components that were not described in the listing at the time of sale.
4- The item received is not the correct product that was listed.
Returns will not be accepted for buyer's remorse, such as if the item does not fit, if the wrong model was purchased, or if the buyer simply does not like the item. Buyers are encouraged to request an item preview prior to bidding or to contact the seller for more information if they are uncertain.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is missing any components or packaging that it was sold with.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has any physical damage that was not present at the time of sale. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the item upon receipt and reporting any issues to the seller within the specified time frame.
The policy does not apply to items sold 'as-is' and are not covered by any return policy.
Restocking fee of 25% + 2 dollars handling
Please do not email about returns. Simply bring the item back, and a determination will be made at that time. The date of pickup or delivery does not affect this policy. Returns must be made within 7 days from the pickup date. No exceptions, and virtual returns via email are not accepted.
Refund transactions will be processed every Sunday.

Removal:
Removal times are stated in the auction information. Failure to remove the items purchased by the end of business day of the last available pickup date will result in forfeiture of purchases with no refund and your account may face suspension or permanent termination. Seller is not responsible for providing tools or equipment to aid in removal.
Sinai Trading. reserves the right to dispose of or resell the items at their discretion, and no refund will be provided for any unpicked items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to adhere to the pickup schedule and ensure that all items are collected within the specified timeframe to avoid any issues with abandoned items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding item pickup or disposal.

Payment:
All bidding in CAD dollars at this time we only accept credit card payments in CAD dollars. An invoice will be automatically generated at the close of the auction and will emailed to you. Payment is due immediately and your credit card on file will be automatically charged. There is a 13% Buyers Premium in effect, a $1 CAD per item handling fee and 13% HST will be added to all invoices regardless of the items purchased. Payments must be received before Pickup Date/Time.
Payments can be made via E-transfer to info@sinaitrading.com. Kindly include your invoice number in the message section to ensure we correctly apply the payment to your specific invoice.
Cash at pick up: If you prefer to pay with cash at pickup, please bring the exact amount, as we do not provide change at our warehouse.

Shipping service:
1. You need to register with PkgPlace - www.pkgplace.com by creating your account with a unique username and password. With your account set up, you can submit your shipping requests, and monitor their progress by checking your shipping invoice and request status.
2. Please note that PkgPlace is the sole shipping provider we use.
3. Bidders are responsible for signing up for delivery with PkgPlace directly.
4. We do not accept shipping requests in the bidder notes section.
5. Items will not be released for delivery until payment is made in full. Once the items are released from our warehouse to PkgPlace.
6. We are not responsible for any damages or losses.
7. Payment for shipping services will be made directly to PkgPlace.
