**All items are sold in as is/where is condition; buyers are welcomed and encouraged to schedule a viewing of items prior to bidding. The opportunities to inspect are before placing a bid- not after an item is bought.
**Pick up times for this auction are Tuesday Sept 3rd and Wednesday Sept 4th between 3-6PM. Our schedule does not allow for alternate pick up times so please plan accordingly. Anything not claimed by 6PM on Wednesday Sept 4th will be deemed willfully abandoned by buyer.
**Lastly, our staff are not permitted to load vehicles - buyers must come prepared to load their winning
