**All items are sold in AS IS condition; buyers are encouraged to arrange a viewing before bidding. The opportunities to inspect are before you bid and not after an item is bought. Any feedback questions or viewings will be addressed or arranged on Saturday July 20th.
** As this is an on location auction, we cannot accommodate alternate pick up times and do not have space to bring items back to the hall. Any invoices therefore(big or small), not claimed during the scheduled pick up time will be considered willfully abandoned, at buyers expense.
**Buyers must come prepared to load their own purchases at pick up: Staff are not permitted to do so.
