ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE IN SARNIA AS WELL NOTICE: before you bid, keep in mind, YOU MUST PAY & PICKUP on Wednesday DEC 27, 2023 - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday DEC 28 , 2023 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday DEC 29, 2023 11AM to 6PM, Saturday DEC 30, 2023 - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Tuesday JAN 2, 2024 - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so could result in being prevented from signing up for future auctions. We do not accept payment from countries outside of Canada, unless you come into our location and pay. Sorry. THE AUCTION HOUSE DOES NOT PACK OR SHIP ITEMS. Anything not picked up by 6 p.m. on Tuesday JAN 2, 2024 will no longer be available and the items will be relisted into future auctions. As stated in the terms & conditions, all items are "AS IS" and we encourage viewing, but if there are issues with the item we will usually take it back and refund you, EXCEPT for items that have "As Is" or "Used" in front of the title, those are non-returnable. For the items not declared as such, if something is wrong, you must do so within 5 business days of the date of the Auction (not when you picked up).
