Please be advised that we have added $1 Handling fee for each item won.
For all brand new account users, we will ask security deposit, otherwise we would not allow new user to join our auction.

If you are a successful bidder, then you are responsible for picking up your items, or request shipping within the week following the auction close. Please do so in a timely manner.
CC Power Deals Inc. is not responsible for items that have not been picked up within the week following the auction close. Please note that once the succesful bidder has passed the time period for pick/requesting shipping, then CC Power Deals Reserve the right to Dispose or resell the items and no refund will be given for any missing items.

Please note that upon your pickup, you will be required to provide identification and payment card used for the auction.

Soft Close for this Auction will begin at 7:00 PM (EST) on Sunday.

We reserve the right to add or/and remove any lots while the auction is running.

We hold the right to escalate any unpaid invoices to Ontario courts or collection agencies, and bidder will receive a negative rating and potentially be banned from bidding with CC Power Deals.

All items that we are NOT able to ship will be identified in the Lot Description. It is your responsibility to be aware of any items we can NOT ship, before placing your bid.

Please specify if you will require shipping or not in the notes section, even if you qualify for free shipping but want to pick up. Alternativley, Email us if you make any changes to that.

We will ship all items after the auction close and the payment has been received.
The third party(PKGPLACE) do shipping service. THE SHIPPING FEE START $20 DEPANDS ON WEIGHT SIZE AND ADDRESS.

Descriptions of items will include any known defects or damages. Most items have been tested (where possible).

Your Credit Card information will be used for verification purposes only at the time of Registration. Successful Bidders will receive an email confirmation with an attached invoice for any amount owing within one hour of Auction close. Invoice amount owing is to be paid, in full, within 24 hours of Auction completion.

Pick-up Dates and Times are following auction close. Pick-up location is at 1805 Wilson Ave. Unit 102, North York, ON, M9M 1A2. If anya of these pick up times do not work, simply email us at service@ccpowerdeals.ca to arrange a better pickup time.

Please check your product throughly @pick-up. Products do not match description or not working can be returned right away. All sales are FINAL! No refund or Return/Exchange after leaving.

For Return Policy
CC Power Deals staffs have tried our best to check and test the merchandises before we sell. But still, we can not guarantee or ensure the perfection of all merchandises.
**AS-IS** IS FINAL SALE
Therefore, CC Power Deals strongly suggest our clients check their purchasing before leave our store. Checking table with power plug in are available at the pick-up section.
The merchandises checked by our clients which satisfied our lots description will not be qualify for our 72 hours return policy. In some circumstances if the merchandises can not be checked in store, the merchandise has issue when you test or use at home, please contact our store by email at service@ccpowerdeal.ca within 72 hours after you picking up. you will qualify for our 72 hours return policy.
IF you do not notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item, then a refund or return will not be applicable.

Any purachases unclaimed will be held for a maximum of seven(7) days and a restocking fee of $25 CAD will be applied. Bidder might potentially receive a negative rating or be banned from bidding.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
SEALED: Same condition as you would get in retail stores, in brand new condition.
NEW OPEN BOX: The box may have been previously opened, but the prodcut inside is new.
USED LIKE NEW: The product has been used previously, but is in like new condition. May show signs of light use and handling.
USED: Item is in working condition but has been used before, may have visible scratches and dirt.
AS-IS: Item is sold "As-Is", condition unknow, maybe used or damaged or missing parts.
