Descriptions will be provided if we have notes and to the best of our ability, such as missing bolt, minor handling, moderate handling, cracked lid, etc. SALVAGE: This includes items that need anything from minor to major repairs. This also includes items where repairs may not be possible and can only be used for parts. The retail value for these items is listed as $0. Payment methods include online payment (only debit, VISA/Mastercard), electronic money transfer or Cash. Debit/credit machine is available for in person pickups. Pickup must be within 5 days of the auction closing date. Any invoices not picked up within the timeframe may be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. Items that have declared imperfections, missing parts, problems etc. are sold as-is with no return or exchange options whatsoever. Any return/exchange must be authorized by management and product must be brought back or shipped back to our Windsor, ON warehouse at the buyer's cost within 3 business days from authorization. A return request must be sent within 2 days from pick up date or within 5 business days from the auction closing date, whichever is sooner. Those who have their invoice(s) shipped to them must send any return requests within 24 hours of package delivery confirmation. Any authorized returns are given back in the form of auction credit.
