Any return/exchange must be authorized by management and product must be brought back or shipped back to our Windsor, ON warehouse at the buyer's cost within 3 business days from authorization. Those who have their invoice(s) shipped to them must send any return requests within 24 hours of package delivery confirmation. Any authorized returns are given back in the form of auction credit.
