We ONLY accept returns if the item does not work as described and if an exchange is unavailable. Items that have declared imperfections, missing parts, problems etc. are sold as-is with no return or exchange options whatsoever. Any return/exchange must be authorized by management and product must be brought back or shipped back to our Windsor, ON warehouse at the buyer's cost within 3 business days from authorization. A return request must be sent within 2 days from pick up date or within 5 business days from the auction closing date, whichever is sooner. Those who have their invoice(s) shipped to them must send any return requests within 24 hours of package delivery confirmation. Any authorized returns are given back in the form of auction credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items specifically listed as "AS-IS" condition can not be returned for a credit or returned for any reason. Refunds and credits are at the sole discretion of the auctioneer.
