We take 5% off cash invoices. We also accept debit, credit and e-transfer.
Customers who choose to pay via e-transfer, must put the bid card number in the message field. Your bid card number can be found above your name on your invoice. This number will verify the order your etransfer is for. E-transfers must be the exact amount as the invoice for that bid card number. All etransfer are accept automatically, if your bid card number is not available on the etransfer we will not be able to apply the e-transfer to your order.
All items should be considered non-returnable. Items in the auction can be customer returns, shelf pulls, misguided freight, or damaged items from online retailers. We try to inspect all items before auction. Viewing is highly recommended. Stock photos are used to help you visualize the item and should not be expected unless it is stated that the item is SEALED.
We strongly encourage viewing. Viewing is available Tuesday April 4th to Friday April 15th from 10am-5pm and Saturday Arpil 8th and 15th 11am-4pm. During viewing anything can be open and tested as long as the item is not factory sealed.
"AS IS" and "BULK" items are items that are damaged, used, or missing pieces. These items will all say "AS IS" or "BULK" before the product name. In the description of "AS IS" items, there will be a brief description as to why we are listing the item this way. These items are not tested past the damage unless otherwise specified. "BULK" lots can contain items that are new, used, and/or damaged. Lots listed as "AS IS" or "BULK" can NOT be returned for any reason.
All other items can be returned if they are defective or missing pieces no later than Friday April 28th. No returns for Sunday April 16th auction will be done past Friday April 28th at 5pm for any reason.
All Invoices must be paid and picked up by Saturday April 29th at 4pm and will not be held longer unless the invoice has been paid in full. After 3 times of non-pick ups you will be suspended from auctioning with us for one month. If non-pick ups continue after that you will be banned from our site. This can result in a lower auction score which can cause other auctions to also to ban you as well. Please let us know if something comes up and you are unable to pick up.
SHIPPING: ALL SHIPPING ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Please state when registering that you require shipping. We use Canada Post for shipping, shipping cost will be added to your invoice, plus a $5 packaging fee for each label needed. We do try to fit as much in a box as possible. Large items will need to be shipped by freight which does come with a higher cost.
