Items can be paid for with cash or card upon pick up. Failure to pay for items won will result in a ban from future auctions. All items must be paid for Tuesday, Dec 17th, 2024 at 1:30pm. Any items whether paid for or not, that have not been picked up within the time given, will be forfeited and put back in the next auction and no refund will be given. We collect sales tax on all items bought unless you can provide us with a tax-exempt permit. We will do our best to describe the condition of the items. All items are sold AS-IS where is, no refunds or exchanges will be given. Please bid accordingly. If need be items may be viewed Friday, December 6th 11am to 5pm and Saturday, December 7th 1pm to 4pm. If an item or items are not picked up and go back into another auction and you bid and win those items a second time, you will be charged whichever is the higher dollar amount.
