TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie 'Max Bid', the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first. PAYMENT: Payment is due in full at the close of the auction. Buyer's card on file will be charged in full immediately at the close of auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
