The final auction for the AGCO parts items, pallet racking, metal storage racks, nice iron pieces, welding tables, lots of conveyor related items, lots of trailer jacks, lots of trailer axles, lots of brake chambers Huge cylinders, PLUS the complete selling of a printing press business selling as 1 lot. 15% buyer's premium on all purchases. Contact auction manager Dean Schaad at 419-892-3615 to schedule a time to view the items selling. Pick up is the following 2 days after closing being July 16th and 17th from 10:00am until 4:00pm. It would be BEST to schedule a time frame those 2 days with Dean. IF you don't schedule a time frame you may have to wait for those that do! If items are not picked up within those 2 days the buyer MUST pay $15.00 and hour for help loading. (The only change would be if the weather absolutely did not allow us to load either of those 2 days, then we will extend it another day.) Items MUST BE removed by the end of day August 1st, if not the buyer automatically forfeits those items back to the seller with no refund, the only exception is printing press business contents, seller is giving the buyer more time to remove those items.

Selling the entire contents of this building, minus the last 15 lots of this auction, for one lump sum. This was an operational business only a few years ago, but the items uses are dated. Buyer MUST take all steel and larger items. We hope the buyer takes all the items in the building, but understand the buyer may not want the paper items and chemicals used in the business, therefore not forcing the buyer to take those items. Buyer will have at least 1 month to remove the items, but the sooner the better. NO Saturday removal. To see ALL that is there contact auction manager Dean Schaad at 419-892-3615. Buyer will be responsible for removal and any damage to the building if damage is done due to neglect when removing the items. A dumpster MAY be onsite for the buyer to put unwanted items in it. (We will do our best to make that happen).
