This heater is in good condition. It is only 3 years old. All tubes and instructions are there. It was used for heating a 6000 sq ft shop for 2 1/2 years until the seller had to move. It requires an air compressor and runs at 2.5 PSR. IF you was to buy a new one today like it, it would be $9000. This is located at 855 Olive Rd. North Fairfield if you want to view it prior to the auction closing.
223 1965 17' Mariner Boat w/1966 Mercury 500EL motor
This boat is located 686 Hanvillve Corners road. On the corner of New State Rd. 1 mile north of North Fairfield for you to view in person. It was last in the water in 2010 and has been stored inside the entire time, until now for you to view. We have not tried to operate anything. We will leave that up to the buyer. The canopy will need replaced as the mice liked it. The rest of the boat appears to be in very good condition. We have the title to the boat and the boat motor. We do not have a title for the trailer. There is a trolling motor going with the boat a fish finder and a few other items. The tires seem to hold air fine. It takes a 1 7/8" ball. It was the boat of the late John "Jack" Sweeting.
