Description	Selling the VERY NICE property from the estate of Ruth Ann Leonard and her late husband Richard. This is an early notification and MORE information will continually be added as we learn more about the property. There is a 1% buyer's premium and that will be added to the bid price to make up the final sale price. Open House dates are Thursday October 24th from 5:00pm until 6:00pm and Saturday October 26th from 10:00am until Noon.
