You are buying "as-is" "where-is", we do attempt to locate defects and problems when at all possible but it is up to you the bidder to be comfortable with what you are bidding on, you can preview & you can call us! Please also understand the terms & conditions of this auction, you are entering into a contract to purchase when you register to bid and we can not go to back up bidders once you have won an item, we expect you to show up to pay and pick up. Those who do not will be blocked from future bidding privileges. This is a SOFT CLOSE auction which means that as long as bids are coming in on any item in this auction, that item will have extended bidding time added to allow for all bidders to participate. We will NOT have items from other auctions ( On-site Sales) available in Forney for pick up, that must be done at the auction location only or be arranged to be transported here.
