We want you to bid with confidence so if you have any questions regarding these terms, feel free to reach us at (515) 231-2032. We cannot guarantee immediate response to phone or email inquiries. Please do not bid if you do not understand auction terms or procedures as you are legally responsible to pay for every bid that you win and pick up your purchases per the terms of this agreement. Our goal is to help educate bidders to help create a satisfying online experience for all.
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Lynch Auction Co.. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Lynch Auction Co.. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction and agree to pay the high bid plus a 10% puyers premium on all items purchased at auction. All items excluding vehicles and farm machinery are subject to local sales tax. Buyer agrees to pay all local sales tax charges unless proper exemption information is provided.
PHOTOS & ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:
Photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible. Note: photos may or may not fully represent the item as lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo. As such, all bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. Photos and item descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guranteed by Lynch Auction Co. or the seller. Auction Software used by Lynch Auction Co. will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies.
PAYMENT & PICKUP
We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Card (with 4% surcharge). We will not charge buyers cards immediately following the auction. Buyers can pay with cash or check at pickup. If you wish to pay by card please email lynchauctioncollc@gmail.com stating pay with card including your name, phone number, and address. All items must be picked up and paid for on the stated pickup date for this sale. All invoices left unpaid after the pickup date will be charged to the bidders card on file. Bidders have 15 days to claim their purchased items or they will be resold or discarded. It is the bidders responsibility to claim their items within 15 days.
SHIPPING
All out of state invoices will be charged immediately following the sales end. Items will not be shipped unless it has been formally requested through an email sent to lynchauctioncollc@gmail.com stating shipping including name, phone number, and address. Once shipping has been requested a shipping charge of $5 per item plus shipping and handling cost will be added to buyers invoice. Invoices must be paid in full prior to items being shipped. For items that are potentially breakable or require special packaging they will be taken to a UPS store and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping related charges.

By agreeing to these terms the bidder signifies that they believe the item will meet their satisfaction, and agree to pay for all items purchased at auction.
Any person making a bid on an item understands they are Entering a Binding Contract according to the Iowa Auction Sections of the Iowa codes of Law.
