Most of the furniture offered is originally from a home at 1516 Sanderson Ave. (see framed photo and newspaper article) in Scranton built by Scranton developer James G. Sanderson, since razed in 1947. Mr. Sanderson sold "Mansion House" to Conrad Schroeder a builder of many Scranton homes and buildings. He lived there with his wife until his death in 1903 and his wife until her passing in 1941. The furniture was purchased about that time by James F. Lally as he had just constructed this estate home where the furniture remains today. The first lot kicks off at 6:00pm and each consecutive lot staggers 22 seconds thereafter. There is a 2 minute soft close. Credit cards and cash accepted on premises. Items shipped must pay by pay by Zelle or Venmo Payments.
