Eviction Lien Sale: The items contained in this auction are part of an eviction lien sale. The owner of the items has been notified by certified mail to their last known address and has until 5:59 p.m. on July 26th 2024 to pay the lien holder in full, plus any and all applicable fees and fines in full to stop the auction process. Washington Estate Liquidation is a 3rd party auction service that has been hired to auction the contents of the property on behalf of the property owner and lien holder. Starting at 6:00 p.m. on July 26th 2024, the items listed in this catalog will sell via online auction to the highest bidder. The items included in this sale have not been tested. All items are sold AS-IS. There will be an opportunity on auction day to preview the items by appointment only. The items in this sale have been kept in a 3000 Square Foot warehouse and the owner smoked in the warehouse and most items have a cigarette smell associated with them. The winning bidders of the auction must have the items paid for and removed from the premesis no later than 2pm on July 27th, 2024. All Sales are Final. Vehicles, boats, boat trailers, motorcycles and trailers will come with a Junk Vehicle Affidavit from the Skagit County Sheriff's Office. It is the buyer's responsibilty to attempt to gain proper paperwork for the vehicles. If you have any questions, please email prior to bidding. All items must be picked up in person. No Shipping.
The previous tenants included in the lien are not allowed to bid on the auction in any form and any bids submitted on their behalf will be removed.
