This auction will begin Friday, July 11, at 1:30 PM MST, and lots will begin to close on Thursday, July 18, at 10:00 am MST at the rate of 1 lot per 20 seconds. All winning items must be picked up within 1 week after the auction closes. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE ITEMS, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS FOR FAULTY BIDDING.
All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ATX Auctions Utah does not represent any manufacturer or retailer. If a customer returns an item within 72 hours of pickup, we will try our best to replace the item or give an auction credit of the purchase amount. Any cash refunds can take up to 30 days to receive.
Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage.
