Buyer is responsible for paying for all items before removing them from auction location, no refunds or credit card charge backs will be granted. 5. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance or equipment to assist with loading are the responsibility of the purchaser. All tools and help for removing items are the responsibility of the purchaser. 6. All items not picked up during scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding, total balance due will be charged to credit card on file and items will be resold unless other arrangements are made with the company. 7. Shipping is available on all lots in this auction. A $3.00 charge per box plus shipping will be added. 8. In the event of technical difficulties related to the server, software, or internet, Kinser Auction Service Online reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Kinser Auction Online shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. 9.
