This online only sale is from the accumulation of David Summerlin of Badin, NC. Mr Summerlin is a local historian, auctioneer and vintage collector.
Cash or good local check..10% buyer premium. Debit/credit cards...13% buyer premium. You will pay for your items at pickup or when shipped. I do not automatically charge your card. 7% sales tax collected. If you are tax exempt, please leave a note for me when you register to bid with me. All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No returns, refunds or chargebacks. If you have no intention of paying for your items, do NOT bid on anything. If you cannot pick up your items on the designated day, do NOT bid. I will NOT haul your items around and I will NOT store your items. If you do not pick your items up on the designated day, I will consider them abandoned and will resale at a future date. Some items will be available for shipping. The larger items will NOT be shipped. Please pay attention to which items are which. If in doubt, send me an email. You must be registered BEFORE 1pm on Sunday October 4 to bid in this auction. Back Door Auctions is not responsible for any computer glitches/problems that may arise.
