This auction features items from two households. We are honored to help this family during their transition period. This auction features fine art work, military code books, glassware and household items. Fine art numbered prints from artist such as G.E. Mullan,Carlton G. Smith,John Fulton, Carolyn Blish,Jasper Francis Cropsey,A Feather,are in beautiful condition, framed, and ready to be displayed in their new home. Many number of posters from festivals, also framed would make and accentuate any living space. There are various furniture pieces including a fun and funky yellow night stand, red drawer piece, beautiful wooden tables topped with marble, and a grey wooden coffee and side table set. Also featured is a metal storage cabinet. Different glass and dish sets are also available for win featuring vintage glass pieces, handmade pottery pieces, blue moth ceramic bowls, seashell plates and more. Military memorabilia includes book sets from the 1960s and a pilot parka. Included in this auction, there are lots of clothing. Lots have select items from each with sizes of the majority of the bag listed. There is also a lot of vintage clothing including a prom dress, fur jackets and more. Leather jackets are also available for win. Garage and outdoor items include various gas cans, swimming goggles, and bow. This family has a wonderful taste in art, furniture, clothing and so much more. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT - The buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or during the removal of the items purchased. Buyers remove purchases at their own risk. Buyer's should arrange for professional de-installation of wired, plumbed or built-in items. Many pieces of equipment have potential hazards and should be de-installed and moved by professionals with proper equipment. REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS - Absolutely no adjustments, claims or refunds will be allowed after the item(s) are removed from the auction site. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WHILE THE ITEMS ARE ON THE AUCTION PREMISES. In no event will auctioneer's or seller's liability to buyer ever exceed the purchase price paid. BUYER'S PREMIUM - The expenses of conducting the auction are shared between the seller and buyer. The buyer's expense is called a BUYER'S PREMIUM and is set at 18.50% NC SALES TAX - We are now required to collect 6.75% sales tax on every item we sell.. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROCESSING FEE - SELLING TIMES THE MONEY - If there is a small box in the corner of the picture with an "x" and "number", then you are bidding one unit and your bid will be multiplied by the number of units. REMOVAL SELECTION - If we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) REMOVAL PERIOD - The scheduled removal time will be printed on the bottom of your invoice. We do not provide manpower, tools, or equipment. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN. Any item remaining after the SCHEDULED REMOVAL PERIOD is subject to be considered ABANDONED, with no refund or recourse to the buyer. RESERVE PRICES - The seller reserves the right to set a minimum acceptable price on any item in the auction. If you need Shipping, you must paid for your lots won first and then we will pack and get you an invoice for your shipping and handling and ship the next monday after that invoice is paid....
