**NEW PICK-UP AND SHIPPING POLICY** PLEASE READ
Local pickup day is Monday, February 12th from 12pm-6pm at our auction warehouse located at 3013-G Hall Watters Dr in Wilmington NC 28405
PICK UP IS ON PICK UP DAY, so unless you are having items shipped, please be prepared to come at the designated time. We cannot guarantee availability of staff at any other time besides pick up times. Late pickup will be charged $5 per lot/per day for storage ($10 PER ITEM PER DAY for furniture). You are required to make contact with staff via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com if you are unavailable to pick up on pickup day and request an alternate day. We do not have space to store items, so we must move them around which uses labor and increases chances for loss and breakage. Failure to pick up items within 7 days after the auction closing time will result in items being considered abandoned. Abandoned items will become property of the auction company to be resold for storage fees without a refund. Failure to pick up items in a timely manner will result in restricted bidding privileges. Buyers purchasing large or heavy items, MUST bring appropriate vehicles and sufficient help to load as staff will not be able to assist you.
If you are requesting shipping, you are required to make contact via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com to request shipping after close of auction or on Monday or late fees as detailed above will be applied. $10 handling fee will be added to any items that are shipped. Items will be grouped when applicable for shipping. Items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
