A kalaga is a heavily embroidered applique tapestry made of silk,flannel, felt, wool and lace against a background made of cotton or velvet indigenous to Burma (Myanmar). Kalagas represent the five human senses with the sixth representing understanding and intuition. This tapestry depicts two Thai temple warrior dancers and measures 34.75" x 35.25". Embroidered with metallic thread, sequins & beads on silk velvet. Beautiful piece of Southeastern Asian art..

Gene Pressler (1893-1933) was an American illustrator who worked in New York City at the early part of the 20th century known for his romantic Art Deco-style artwork prevalent at the time. He worked for the Pompeian Company that manufactured calendars and women's cosmetics.

3 Pieces. The large ceramic pitcher is not marked, but very likely early Roseville Pottery measures 7.5" tall, diameter at widest is 8". The smaller pitcher with green leaves has a chip on rim as shown, marked "Occupied Japan" on bottom, measures 4.75" tall. The ceramic fishing basket feathers and fish hooks has holes for wall mounting and marked Napcoware made in Japan. Measures 4" tall x 5.5" across.

The teal plastic basket made by Standard Carrier is made for wall mounting, this was produced in Morganton, NC, by Heat & Air Conditioning Co. Inc. Measures 7.5" tall x 7" across.

8 Pieces. Pair of inlaid wooden trays made by Hasko in Chicago. Some markings from wear and tear as shown. They each measure 7.75" x 16.25". The dovetail wooden jewelry box with feet and keyhole is made by Three Chop Woods in 1993, a limited edition 873/5000. No key. Measures 10.5" x 5" x 5". Red copper tulip shaped glass/vase measures 4.75" tall. The cast iron barrel shaped wall mount holder is made by Sexton and marked 1976. Measures 7" x 9". brass cloisonne vase is marked India on bottom, measures 5.25" tall. The holly leaf design brass trinket box is unmarked, measures 4" in diameter. The stoneware oil burner is unmarked, measures 3.25" tall.

5 Pieces. The vintage Coleman oil lantern measures 13" tall. The "Cups For 6" is in zippered leather case, has all six plastic cups and one lid in graduating sizes. 3 x Nomad camping utensil on lanyards.

12 Pieces. The six blade wooden garden tool measures 8" long, unmarked. The wooden pestle is 7.25" long, unmarked. Rusty funnel, unmarked. Unmarked cookie cutter is unmarked and has lots of wear and tear as shown. Handy made can opener. M.K. Goetz Division Pearl Brewing Co. from St. Joseph, Missouri can opener. Paint can opener, small weight. Rustic "Antiques" wooden sign with spoon for hanging items. Measures 4.75" x 11.75". The copper colored filter funnel is made by the Coleman Company Inc. The cylindrical wooden box was sent from General Electric, it measures 12" tall with a 10" diameter. the single blade pocket knife is made by Neumeyer & Dimon in New York, appears to have a broken tip.

8 Pieces. The orange ginger jar with characters is unmarked, 4" tall. The MCM green leaf candy or nut dish is marked 594 USA, 5" x 9". Made in Japan Myrtle Beach plate has 8" diameter. The elephant bowl is made in China. The white vase with butterflies is marked on bottom as shown, made in Japan, 6.25" tall. The purple elephant figurine is marked "Japan" on bottom, measures 2.5" x 3". The horse figurine is unmarked, has a chip near back foot as shown. The orange rimmed trinket dish is unmarked, has multiple chips on rim as shown, 4.25" diameter.

5 Pieces. The mini wooden rocking chair appears to be handmade. Unmarked, measures 5.5" across x 7.5" tall. The hand-made "umbrella stand" appears to be two cans welded together, measures 15" tall with a diameter of 6.5". The grapevine basket measures 11" tall. The pair of trays are made by Industrial Lax. The round one with metal handles measures 16.75" diameter. The hexagon shaped wood and metal tray appears to be made by the same company, but does not have a tag.

20 Pieces. Ten piece set of woven coasters and trivets, that include 8 x 4" coasters and 2 x 6.5" trivets. 4 x Green beaded leaf trivets measure 9" x 4.5", the two red beaded trivets are 4" x 4.75". Rectangular shaped, scalloped edged hand knit table cloth. Vintage towel with dolphins, tag is illegible. White table cloth with embroidered scenes measures 49" x 58", has some spots as shown. The 72" x 100" tapestry from India has fringe, appears to have never been used, marked Hashimson's.

8 Pieces. The rectangular serving plate with double handles is unmarked, 7" x 11". The Gorham oval shaped serving dish measures 8.25" x 11.25". The Towle Sterling round trinket dish measures 3.5" diameter, weighs 37g. Reed and Barton butter dish with glass inlay. The round serving dish is marked W & S Blackinton Co., measures 10" diameter. 2 x Pewter cups made by Salisbury Pewter's, one is engraved with "Christmas 1985" on side, the larger is engraved "6-15-89". The Pura ice bucket with chunky handles measures 11" tall.

Metal footlocker with leather handles. Wear and tear as shown. The latch for locking device needs repair as s shown. Segmented divider inside. Has marking on top that reads National Vulcanized Fibre Co. 31" x 16.5" x 12.5" tall.

2 Pieces. Pair of unmarked outdoor wooden rockers, quite possibly teak wood, with green cushions that have ties. Cushions made in Mexico. Chairs are 45" tall x 25" across.

Vintage mahogany (?) corner cabinet with double glass doors on top. Top has three shelves, brass hardware. A few scuffs as shown, the veneer on back is peeling as shown. 67" tall x 30" across, unmarked.

Five-drawer hardwood chest with dovetail drawers. Brass hardware. Paint spots and some wear on top as shown, 36.5"T x 35.5"W x 19"D.

The brass pocket change dish is unmarked, measures5" x 6". Miriam Haskell enamel "hat" pin. The very fancy skull has felt bottom, unmarked. The fan shaped brass etched trinket dish is unmarked, 6.75" x 5.5". The stone fish sculpture is unmarked, measures 7.5" x 8.5". The lacquered and painted turtle box is unmarked. Alberto Jorge Brazilian coin brass trinket box measures 4.5" diameter. The mini carpet is unmarked, 5.75" x 7.5". The evil eye with the silver sun and leaves is unmarked, as is the evil eye with the rug. Evil eye with the rug measures 15" long x 4.5" wide.

The largest pitcher is 10" tall. The other pitcher is 7" tall. Pair of Depression-era stemmed glasses measure 4.25" tall. The crystal star shaped dish is 4" diameter. The Depression-era rose colored dish with handle measures 5" diameter. The rose colored Depression-era plate has a diameter of 6". The red and clear glass bowl measures 6" diameter, 4.25" tall. Pair of etched glass bowls 3.5" diameter. The Depression-era dish with pedestal measures 6.75" x 6.75".

8 Pieces. First, a pair of small hand-painted Asian porcelain dishes that are marked TN at bottom, 4.75" diameter. We believe these to be circa late 1800s-early-1900s Japanese Kutani Geisha hand-painted porcelain plates. Other items: The pastel floral pitcher is marked ND on bottom, measures 6.75" tall. The Last Supper plate is made by Lefton China, hand-painted, 10.25" diameter. The gold porcelain tea set is marked Japan on bottom. The ceramic purse "box" with lid is marked WCL on bottom. Measures 8.5" across, 9.5" tall.

6 Pieces. The original western sculpture still wears tag, titled "J.D. Case Shotgun Rider" measures 14" tall. "The Black Family Dinner Quilt Cookbook" from the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. Mildred Council's "Mama Dip's Family Cook Book". "January Thaw" by Bellamy Partridge, copyright date of 1945. The woven basket measures 11" x 13". The three Asian silk nesting boxes are unmarked, the largest measures 5.5" x 3.5".

14 Pieces. The first three items photographed are the sterling pieces that weigh 26g. The flower cuff bracelet is marked sterling and likely Stuart Nye. The double flower pin is marked Stuart Nye and is sterling, 3.5" long. The Mexican Alpaca silver roadrunner pin with abalone inlay is marked sterling on back. The rest is costume jewelry. 2 x Gold tone apple pins marked Mary Carolyn Nichelson. The cabochon pin is unmarked 1.5" x 1". The silver tone butterfly pin is marked Sarah Coy. The Mickey & Minnie Mouse enamel pin is 1.25" x 2". The gold tone enameled butterfly pin is unmarked. The American flag pendant is marked made in the USA 2002. The silver tone pin with blue stone is unmarked, 3" x 2". The palmetto blue pendant is marked Mary Ellen 2008 - 2009. American Flag pin made in China. Elks National Foundation pendant.

5 Pieces. The Bonnie Butler 1982 "John 14:6" framed art measures 11" x 13". The pair of watercolors are signed Henry Koether (?) 79'. Frames measure 11" x 13". The Andalucian work is signed and appears to be sewn with silk thread. Obvious watermark as shown. Frame measures 7.75" x 9.75".

Unmarked Barbie look-a-like. 1984 "The Original Doll-Baby" by Martha Nelson Thomas, doll measures 19" long, comes with her original pamphlet. Pair of vintage "rough and tumble" Barbie-like dolls, they are unmarked, measure 6.25" long. The porcelain baby in green dress is unmarked, 5" long.
