If you win a lot containing a firearm, you must have any and all necessary permits required by law. All firearms must be paid for to the auctioneer, and then picked up from Tiller and Lenier Guns at 8 Jackson Street in Wilmington, NC. There is a $25 fee to the gun shop and they will be following ALL regulations relating to the purchase of firearms in North Carolina. Please dont bid on lots containing weapons if you are legally unable to own it, or if you are not willing to go through the proper legal channel. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this process and there is absolutely no way around anything mentioned above.
