While Boatwright Auction tries to handle and store all items with great care, Boatwright Auction will have no liability for any loss or damage to an item after the final bid has been placed. Loading purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer. Boatwright Auction will as a courtesy, assist with the loading following the sale, but this is done at the risk and responsibility of the buyer. A 18% buyers premium will be added to ALL purchases along with 6.75% tax unless you have a valid sales tax exemption. PICKUP IS TUESDAY OCT. 8TH FROM 8 AM TO 5 PM!! ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY OCT. 11TH @ 10 AM. WE WILL BE OPEN FOR PICKUP FROM 8 AM TO 10 AM WED, THURS, AND FRIDAY MORNING. IF YOU MISS PICKUP TIMES YOUR ITEMS ARE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND.
