Description	Check back often! Lots to be added until start! This is a spectacular NEW knife sale. ALL knives in this sale (unless otherwise stated) are brand NEW. Many were display models to show the type/style of knives available; however, were never purchased/owned by anyone. This sale contains fixed blades, folding pocket knives, tasers, and authentic pre-owned bayonets. ALL photos (unless otherwise stated) are ours and taken by our photographer. You will be receiving the EXACT model in the photos, unless stated. NOTE: If the listing/photos states the knife shown is not the one receiving, the one you will be receiving will be in the same or better condition than shown. The majority of the pocket knives shown are spring assist (which means they open quicker/faster).

Online Only Auction. 20% Buyers Premium on all lots. All Items sold 'as is/where is' with any defaults and discrepancies. We will attempt to identify any discrepancies; however, can not see/identify all. Any item may be subject to retail sale in our store or other sales prior to auction close. GI Joe's Surplus, LLC reserves the right to pull any lot at any time (even if a bid has been placed), for any reason. If your credit card is declined, you may receive ONE email with a link to pay your bill. If this bill is not paid within 24 hours, your lot(s) may be offered to next bidder, donated, or returned to inventory entirely at our discretion. Any item to be shipped that does not have shipping paid for within 3 days of shipping invoice, may be offered to next bidder, donated, or returned to inventory entirely at our discretion, with NO refund of any funds already paid. ALL SALES FINAL!

Pick-up, ONLY ONE DAY PICK UP Tuesday (following auction end), BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (NO EXCEPTIONS, many items are stored in our off-site warehouse and need to be retrieved). S/H fee charged on all shipped items. Any lot not fully paid for within 2 days of close of auction OR where payment was declined may be forefeited. We DO NOT automatically re-run your credit card. If your payment is declined, you may lose the item. Any item to be shipped and/or not picked up within the specified days/time frame may be forefeited, donated, and/or sold to next highest bidder with no further notice and/or refunds.
