You are still responsible to pay for and pick up the items that you won in the auction regardless of whether you received the email. We send out an invoice directly after the auction has ended and it will have auction pick up info included in the body of the email. It will be sent to the email that you used to register for HiBid. Email programs will often send these emails with the invoice attached directly to a spam or junk mail folder. Please look there and mark emails from us as not junk so that you can receive them trouble free in the future. There is lots of info in that email we send you after the auction - such as the pick up dates, the hours of pick up, the pick up address, and the link to make an appointment. PAYMENTS: WE NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE. Please be prepared to pay for your items when you arrive for your appointment. Once you are Paid in Full, we will send you a receipt. If you do not pick up and pay for your items, we may exercise our right to charge the card on file for amounts outstanding. SHIPPING: If you would like to have your items shipped, please email us after the auction. Please allow us a couple of days to put the packages together and have an idea for the cost to have the item(s) shipped. We charge a packing and handling fee based on the size and scope of work involved in shipping your items. The average cost ranges from $5.00 to $40.00 in addition to the actual postage fees. PICK UP: Please make an appointment to pick up your items. Appointments give us the opportunity to get everything staged for when you arrive.
