2 Open House Information
There will be an open house to view the items on Tuesday August 13th 4:30-6pm. The items are located at 9975 Oakland St, Dalton, NY 14836. This is the only time you will have to view and inspect the property prior to the sale closing. If you have any questions, call our office staff at (585)493-5837. We hope to see you there!
3 Pick-Up Information
The pickup is scheduled for Tuesday August 20th 9-6pm and Thursday August 22nd 22nd 12-6pm ONLY. Please make these pick up dates. We have extra help on these dates to help you find your items. Bring your own help to load-If you buy a piece of furniture that requires 2 people to move it then bring 2 people to load it!

We will send you an email once the auction closes. This invoice will contain your auction schedule link along with the auction invoice. There is not a link on your invoice for the scheduler. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk or trash email as we use a bulk email service and sometimes, they consider that spam.
7 How to Schedule Your Pick-Up Appointment
Within the email we send you after the auction there will be a youcanbook.me URL. When you click on this URL it will take you to where you can sign up for an appointment. Scroll down the page and find a time that works best for you and click the box. It will then ask for your First and Last Name, email, phone number. There is a place to add a comment if you are picking up for someone else as well. These appointments are for your own convenience, be sure to bring help to load your items.
8 Shipping Terms and Conditions, Read Before Bidding
How to sign up to have your items shipped after the auction: In your email you will receive after the auction there will be a separate link that says "Shipping form". That link will take you to a google form, please fill out this form and we will mark you down for shipping. It may take us some time to respond to your message because we are busy with pick-up. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Watch List-(Blue Border) Did you know that you can add lots to your watch list and add notes to each individual item. When you add an item to your watch list the frame of that item will turn Blue., Top bidder-(Green Border) When you are the top bidder on a lot the frame will turn green. Outbid-(Red Border) A red border will appear on any item that you have bid on previously and now are outbid.
11 Tie bid information-Click here
In the case of a tie bid, the auction software will give the winning bid to the first bidder. If someone bids $100 and a second bidder bids $100 then the tie bid will go to the first bidder and the second bidder will be shown an outbid status even though the bid is currently $100. Don't assume you are the high bidder, make sure your border is green and shows you as the current top bidder

The live bidding button will appear 1/2 hour before the auction closes on the main page where you register. As you bid you should see the timer counting down by the second. If the clock is frozen, you are bidding from your watch list and you may miss your desired auction items
13 This is a soft close auction-Read this
An item will close every 10 seconds in this auction. If there is a bid in the final 2 minutes the bidding will be extended by 2 minutes. This will occur until there are no more bids placed on an item. It is in your best interest to place a bid before the final seconds to insure you don't lose the item in the final seconds. There can be internet delays and typically this happens on your end, not the auction software end!
