Click on an item inside the catalog that you wish to bid on. Click on the "bid button". You can bid to the next increment or place a max bid. If you choose max bid the computer will bid for you up to your max amount. Preset bidding increments have been set up. As the price of an item increases the bid amount increments will increase. Please do not bid if you are not 100% sure. For any issues with bidding, please email us at: auctions@buythepallets.com AUCTION CLOSING: Our Internet auctions use a "soft close" format. An item will close every 5 minutes after the beginning of an auction. This gives the bidder the opportunity to bid on more than one item. For bids received within 2 minutes of the closing time, bidding will be extended by 2 minutes. This process will continue until there is no more bidding activity. PAYMENTS: Upon auction closing, successful bidders will be emailed an unpaid invoice. If you do not see your invoice in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk inbox. There will be a 13% buyer’s premium (10% if paying cash) and NYS sales tax added to all items purchased. If you are tax exempt, you must sign a resale or farm exempt form. This warranty covers only items which are broken, non-working, and/or not as described (i.e., blemishes, cosmetic defects, missing parts, etc.). Items described in the listing, and/or pictures showing, any cosmetic blemishes, defects, included items/parts, and/or other issues ARE NOT COVERED under this warranty.
