This will be determined based on the reason for the items not being picked up (late pick up, no-show, rescheduling). ~If you are tax exempt, you will need to fill out ST-125 prior to bidding/check out of the auction. ~Winning bidders will sign their receipt at the time of merchandise pick up indicating that all items are present. ~Blake Benson Auction Company is not responsible for interruptions in internet services, errors, omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. By bidding with Blake Benson Auction Company, you are accepting that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on software that may malfunction without warning. ~Once the auction beigns, bids cannot be retracted. ~Buyers are responsible for making pick-up arrangements.
