Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged on all taxable items, UNLESS purchaser is Tax Exempt and has it on file with Benz Enterprises Auctions. ( You can fill out tax exempt forms at time of pickup and the invoice will be adjusted) *Vehicles with the title will not be charged sales tax, you will pay your tax at the DMV at time of registering. Payment will be made at time of pickup. We accept CASH, GOOD CHECK, And Credit Card *Any totals over $1,000.00 must be made by CERTIFIED CHECK at time of checkout , unless previously approved by Benz Enterprises Auctions PICKUP DAY is WEDNESDAY JULY 3RD 3-6PM Benz Enterprises Auctions reserve the right to remove, or add to any Auction items up until auction time. Bids CANNOT be retracted once placed, Once you bid it is a binding contract. THIS IS A TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION lots will be staggered, and have a soft close begining on TUESDAY JULY 2ND @ 6PM- item bidding will be extended by 2 minutes when there is bidding activity at time of CLOSE. IN THE EVENT THE HIBID SERVER GOES DOWN WHILE THE AUCTION IS CLOSING , THE AUCTION CLOSING WILL BE RESTARTED. SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON SMALL LOTS PACKING FEE STARTS AT $10 PER LOT AND BUYER PAYS ACTUAL SHIPPING COST . WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR PAYMENT INFORMATION ALL successful bidders must come during set pickup hours.
