The owner will take the firearms to the FFL dealer after the auction. Please schedule a pickup time and background check directly with the Gun Store. $25 charge per firearm. Pennsylvania residents only - NO firearms will be shipped. All firearms will be transferred IN PERSON and buyers must complete a background check - NO EXCEPTIONS - NO SHIPPING OF FIREARMS WHATSOEVER. FFL holders must pickup at the gun shop as well.
Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Let your inspection be your guide.
When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs.
All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.

We utilize extended bidding ans soft close - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.

You have the option to pay your balance in CASH or certified funds within (2) days of the auction close. Any unpaid invoices after the second scheduled pickup day will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
