No long gun will be transferred in NJ without a NJ FID card, Driver’s License, 4473, NICS, and Certificate of Eligibility. 7. No handgun will be transferred without a NJ FID card, Driver’s License, 4473, NICS, and Permit to Purchase. 8. We will do out of state sales and transfers to the respective state FFL dealer. All out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL. If a firearm is not compliant in the purchaser state we will not ship the gun. All buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. 9. In the event of clerical or clerking errors during the online auction, all live bids will take precedence over the online platform. 10. There is a packing fee of $25 for each long gun shipped and $10 for each handgun. 11. Once again look closely before you purchase any firearm or other personal property lot.
