Terms & Conditions Please take the time to read the following set of terms and conditions for the auction. IMPORTANCE OF TERMS By placing a bid, bidder acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions. BIDDER RESPONSIBILITIES Bidder is responsible for any and all activity, bids, and purchases involving Bidders account. Once a bid has been placed, it cannot be lowered or deleted. Bidder agrees to keep its username and password confidential. CONDITIONS 603 Estate Sales has endeavored to accurately describe the items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly "as - is" "where - is" with any and all faults. All sales are final and no refunds are given for any reason. The sales records and recordings shall be conclusive. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the exact condition/authenticity of each item. Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire, or that you have chosen not to examine them. No statement in this catalogue or by any representatives of 603 Estate Sales shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. Written and oral descriptions given by 603 Estate Sales staff members are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, size, weight, condition, composition, or authenticity. If an item comes with third party authentication or certification, any disputes must be taken up with the authenticator that issued the opinion. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear or imperfections. High resolution images are provided to assist a bidder in making an additional assessment of condition. By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you. Condition reports can be available via the online catalog or by contacting the 603 Estate Sales office. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity and condition, and the results of your evaluation leaves any uncertainty in your mind, we recommend you not bid on the item in question. BUYERS PREMIUM There is a 10% buyers premium unless otherwise stated. The buyer's premium is a charge in addition to the hammer price of an auction item, or lot. The winning bidder is required to pay both the hammer price plus the buyers premium. PAYMENT All items purchased must be paid for by CASH IN PERSON, OR WIRE TRANSFER OR BANK CHECK. Title will be released immediately following cleared payment to our business account and cleared throught our Bank here in New Hampshire. If paying CASH IN PERSON, Title will be handed to buyer. BIDDING All bidding is done via HiBid. We cannot place or alter a bid for you. Once you place a bid, it is a legal binding contract to purchase under these terms. ESTIMATED WEIGHTS AND MEASUREMENTS Metal weight given for jewelry includes stones unless stated otherwise. Any Weights and measurements are strickly an estimate and may not be exact. CLOCKS AND WATCHES No warrantee that any clock or watch is in working order is given. Virtually all clocks and watches have been repaired in the course of their lifetime and may include parts not original to them. There is no guarantee to works or movement. Unless otherwise stated, weight includes works. STORAGE We do not have storage or a warehouse. Therefore any lot(s) not picked up at the stated pickup time and location will be considered abandoned and no refunds given. ABANDONED PROPERTY Any lot(s) not picked up at the stated pickup time and location will be considered abandoned and no refunds given. 603 Estate Sales is not obligated to notify the winning bidder of the abandoned lot(s). All sales are final, no credits or returns and are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ANY AND ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description and or condition. 603 Estate Sales will do its best to list any serious condition issues, however the absence of listed condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing Vintage or Used items, Antique, Secondary Market Pre-Owned items and to expect signs of wear. Do not bid if you have any doubts about items. No refunds for any reason. 603 Estate Sales including it's consultants and agents, shall have no responsibility for any error(s) or omission(s).
