Auction Terms & Conditions. This is an online-only auction. Bidding will open 10/11/23 @ 5pm begin to close on 10/25/23 @ 7pm Items will close every 25 seconds begining with lot #1. This means that if a bidder bids on an item at the last second, bidding on that item will be extended for an additional 2 minute to allow everyone the opportunity to bid more if they would like. * Preview: Tuesday & Wednsday 9:00am - 4:00pm or by appointment. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * It is the responsibility of the buyer to have throughly inspected items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition, authenticity and value and to bid based accordinaly. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have PREVIEWED or EXAMINED the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally preview or examine them. * Auctioneer Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Buyer's Premium: 18% less 3% for cash or preapproved check payments. Payment: Payment must be received within 48 hours of auction conclusion. We accept MC, Visa, Discover Cards as well as cash and preapproved checks. 18% buyer's premium with a 3% discount from that for payment by cash or check. All Payments are processed at Pickup. Pick Up and Shipping Terms: Will ship within the 48 United States. USPS Priority Mail Only! Handling fee is $20.00 Per Package. We will combined lots. All items must be removed from the Auction hall Thursday 10/26- Friday 10/27 8am-5pm or by Appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
