READ::::::::: INVOICES & PICK UP
CHECK YOUR EMAIL THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION as invoices will be e-mailed Wednesday (01/02/2019) AS FOLLOWS: In town pick ups will be emailed prior to 2 pm (THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION). Bidders in the tri-city area (Kearney, Grand Island within 100 miles of Hastings) will receive their invoice by 3pm (THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION) with an option for pick up OR to have your item(s) shipped. ALL OUT OF STATE bidders will receive their invoice via email by 8 pm CDT (THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION). Your invoice will include shipping and handling.
You will find instructions for payment and pick up with your invoice.
If you are planning on picking up your wins, you can pick up Thursday, January 3rd from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday (January 4th) 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm OR Saturday (January 5th) 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (with no appointment). ALL other pick ups ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and must be scheduled via a phone call OR text at 402-469-3834 PRIOR to SATURDAY (January 5th) 2 pm. Unless you contact us, these are the set pick up times with no appointment necessary. The auction company WILL NOT CONTACT you. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions given on each auction.
If you can't pick up (FOR ANY REASON) before Saturday, January 5th at 2 PM during scheduled pickup times, YOU MUST CONTACT US (prior to the final pickup time) to see if we are able to work with you to hold your items until a later date (payment will be expected via Credit Card or PayPal for the invoice total when requesting a later pick up). We will do our best to work with you BUT YOU MUST CONTACT US AS STATED ABOVE.
If NO PAYMENT OR CONTACT BY THE SATURDAY AFTER THE AUCTION (01/05 @ 2PM), YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO BID ON JSI AUCTIONS. |
