All items are sold as is where is. While we provide detailed descriptions, please rely on your inspection for the most accurate assessment.
2. Payment Terms:
Payment will be processed immediately after the auction using the card on file with HiBid, unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Shipping Guidelines:
For buyers located more than 75 miles away, items will be shipped via USPS. Please note that once items are paid for and shipped, any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Shipping and Handling: A $10 per box fee will apply, in addition to actual postage. We also offer combined shipping to help save you money.
4. Pick-Up Policy:
If you are unable to pick up your items during the designated times, please contact us to arrange an alternative pick-up time. Distance is not an issue.

5. Unclaimed Items:
Items left unclaimed without payment or pick-up arrangements will be considered abandoned.
6. Reserves:
We reserve the right to refuse any bids at our discretion to ensure fairness in the auction process.
7. Extra Charges:
A Nebraska 7% Sales Tax applies to all items (coins excluded).
Additionally, there is a 10% Buyer’s Premium, and a 4% Credit Card Fee.
8. Auction Close:
Our auctions close on Sundays at 2 PM CT. In the event of a last-minute bid, the item will remain open for an additional two minutes.
9. Schedule Flexibility:
We understand that schedules can change, and reserve the right to reschedule auctions as necessary.
