THIS SALE IS NOT CONTINGENT UPON BUYER FINANCING. FINANCING MUST BE SECURED PRIOR TO BIDDING AT THIS AUCTION. MUST REGISTER TO BID NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO AUCTION BY PROVIDING A BANK LETTER GUARANTEEING FUNDS. Buyer will be required to pay 10% down (U.S. Dollars) via wire or certified funds the day of auction which is NON-REFUNDABLE earnest money. The wire transfer fee is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller IMMEDIATELY following the auction either in person or via email.
