This auction features a nice, straight IH 706 diesel tractor with a good loader. Consignor asserts the engine was rebuilt when he purchased the tractor several years ago, and he has had the rear end rebuilt. Unknown if hours are correct or if hour meter is functioning. We used this tractor quite a bit last summer to load items and equipment and it worked very well. The only problem we experienced is the shift linkage needs to be adjusted as it is occasionally tough to get the tractor into reverse, pretty much like all these old Internationals. Owner says the TA works, but we never tested it for the light work we were doing. Good brakes and power steering. Loader functions well. Rubber is decent. Good seat. Comes with chains, a couple suitcase weights, drawbar, and a few other miscellaneous items. Ready to go to work. Look at the pictures and contact Average Joe's with questions.
