PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT LEAD EACH PERSON BY THE HAND with 350 - 400 people on an auction (and usually half request shipping). IT IS UP TO THE BIDDER TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!! ALL BIDDERS - WITHIN 2 hours after the auction ends - you will receive an email from Hi-Bid (first invoice) that shows UNPAID. This is to let you know what you have won. Winning bidders needing shipping should reply to this invoice SHIP. If you do not reply to the invoice and you do not pick up during the scheduled pickup we will assume that you need shipping. ALL BIDDERS NEEDING SHIPPING - We will charge your card on file with Hi-Bid for the invoice portion ONLY. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CARD FOR THE SHIPPING & HANDLING PORTION. Please check your email between Friday 07/05 and Monday 07/08 for a Square Request from J.S.I. Auctions (make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it). The Square Request will be for the shipping and handling portion. THIS MUST BE PAID no later than 5PM Tuesday 07/09 OR ITEMS WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY. WE DO NOT HAVE STAFF THAT ARE HERE DAILY TO WRAP ITEMS FOR SHIPPING. WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU - It is your responsibility to read this information and follow the directions. People requesting shipping - If your card on file with Hi-Bid is declined for any reason - WE CHARGE A $15.00 FEE. You will need to watch your email for a Square Request that will include the invoice - the $15.00 fee and a 3.5% card fee. This MUST BE PAID within 3 hours of receipt if you wish to be allowed to bid on future Hi-Bid auctions. You will then need to watch for the SHIPPING AND HANDLING Square Request as stated above.
