THIS IS THE WAY WE DO THINGS: ALL INVOICES HAVE A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM. You will receive your UNPAID invoice within 2 hours of the close of the auction (so you know which items you have won). Pick up: Sunday - December 1st 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. If you choose to pickup, you can pay with CASH - (NO CHECKS) OR you can use your card in person with an added 3.5% card fee. OUT OF STATE invoices - We will run your card on file within 24 hours for the invoice total only!! We assume all out of state winners will need shipping UNLESS you reply PICKUP to your invoice by 10 am the morning after the auction. In state bidders needing shipping must reply SHIP by 10 am the day after the auction. ANYONE needing shipping: You MUST WATCH your email for a Square Request for payment on the shipping & handling. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CARD for the shipping & handling portion. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLILITY TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR THE SQUARE REQUEST. You have 3 Days from receipt to pay this invoice. All shipping and handling Square Requests will be out by the Friday after the auction at 5 pm unless you receive a message stating otherwise. This is the 2nd auction for Shirley's things and consists of her house and all her belongings from her detached garage and storage units that she rented. There is over 500 lots of ALOT of garden & yard Items, several pieces of furniture, some shop tools & equipment and LOTS of tubs of craft items, holiday and fabric. Also on this auction is a 2015 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, 2015 Jeep Wrangler and 2014 Ford F150 Pickup that all belong to her son Richard Andrews in Omaha. Please note that all these three items are located in Omaha. House is a 3 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath, 1500 square feet built in 1957 and has an attached garage and a detached garage. Ed Kester of Cambridge, NE has spent a lifetime collecting this collection of trade & picture cards from the late 1800's/early 1900's, all the federal duck stamps from 1935 to 1987, plus post cards from the S.D. Butcher collection and others. He has decided its time to let go of this great collection and let someone else enjoy it. This is a very small auction but so many neat collectible items that are hard to find.
